Lewis is Distressed Property Specialist

To earn the certification, Lewis completed an extensive series of courses about how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect the interests of buyers, and limit risk.

“The decisions that are made during a typical real estate transaction have lasting financial implications,” said Lewis. “With short sales and foreclosures, the stakes are much higher and the transaction process is more complex.”

A Realtor for the past 9 years, Lewis earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration before he began his sales career. From the time he spent working as a sales executive for several Fortune 500 companies, he developed negotiating skills and a talent for marketing.

Prudential California Realty has opened its new Tustin real estate office, to serve the real estate needs of a rapidly growing number of clients interested in the Orange County area.

Veteran manager Donna Gauny will oversee the Tustin location. Gauny has managed Prudential companies since 1990 and has managed Prudential California Realty’s Irvine branch since 1998.  Gauny is a solid manager with skills in training and motivation along with strong qualifications in administration, transaction management and problem solving.   Renowned business coach and manager Wally Malesh is the Regional Manager in Orange County for Prudential California Realty and will participate in the growth and develop of the Tustin location.
